i stayed in a room that was cleaned daily. the breakfast service included a food and beverage manager who was very attentive to guests needs. he even offered turkish coffee. the reception staff also provided assistance with parking arrangements.

The breakfast staff was very friendly, especially mr Seçkin kaya. He was one of the kindest people. He was always willing to assist with a smile. The hotel is near gulhane station and park. Seckin kaya and beyza were helpful. They made special food for my mom, who IS diabetic.
The rooms had poor noise reduction. I could hear noises from the landing and floors, not ideal. The furniture looked old, and the place needs remodeling.
